new Naval Hospital; here again saving duplication of overhead expenges.
The Nursing Institute above referred to holds funds at its disposal amounting to over $1,000,000 in addition to an armual endowment of $100,000.

opportunity of Mr. Beith's presence in England and also myself to have a short discussion on the matter.
Mr. Beith represents the Dock Company's interests, while I, in addition to being an ex-Chaiman
of the Company, am Senior Unofficial Member of the Hongkong Executive Council.
